Spring College Ambassador Program: Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, participants in the Spring College Ambassador Program acknowledge and accept the following requirements and guidelines:
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be full-time students at an accredited college or university.
- Must be 18 years or older with an active social media presence.
- Demonstrated passion for content creation, marketing, or event planning.
2. Ambassador Responsibilities
a. Weekly Social Media Post
- Ambassadors are required to post a minimum of one (1) social media post per week promoting Spring and its offerings. Content must align with Spring’s brand guidelines and messaging provided in the Ambassador toolkit.
b. Monthly Virtual Meetings
- Participation in one (1) virtual meeting per month is required. These meetings will cover updates, strategies, and best practices.
c. Engagement with Spring Content
- Ambassadors must engage with Spring’s social media accounts by liking or commenting on at least two (2) posts monthly.
d. Recruitment and Sign-Ups
- Ambassadors are expected to recruit new creators to Spring and help peers launch their own products on the platform if needed.
3. Compensation
Ambassadors will be compensated based on the following structure:
- $5 per sign-up for every new creator who sells $50 worth of merchandise within their first 30 days after signing up using the ambassador's unique referral link.
- 5% commission on all sales generated by referred sign-ups.
- Ambassadors who generate $500 or more in monthly sales will receive a monthly premium product bundle.
- Additional bonuses and perks may be offered for achieving specific milestones.
4. Ambassador Benefits
- Exclusive access to Spring merchandise and early access to new features and products.
- Ambassadors gain real-world marketing and leadership experience, enhancing their resumes and building valuable skills.
- Top-performing ambassadors may be recognized on Spring’s social media platforms, with opportunities for paid internships or full-time roles upon graduation.
5. Termination of Participation
Spring reserves the right to review and potentially terminate an ambassador’s participation in the program for non-compliance with these terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Failing to post required social media content.
- Not attending virtual meetings.
- Non-engagement with Spring’s content.
Repeated non-compliance or unethical behavior may result in immediate termination from the program.
6. Confidentiality
Ambassadors must respect the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by Spring during their participation in the program.
7. Intellectual Property
All content created using Spring’s branding or assets must adhere to the guidelines provided. Ambassadors are prohibited from using Spring’s logos, designs, or materials for any unauthorized purpose.
8. Amendments to Terms
Spring reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes in advance.
