• Residency: Creators must be residents of the United States.
• Age Requirement: Creators must be at least 18 years old or older to participate in the Integration.

2. Onboarding Criteria: The onboarding process for creators into the Integration is determined based on specific metrics related to their TikTok accounts, which include but are not limited to:

• Number of Followers: Creators will be categorized into different priority levels based on the number of followers they have on their TikTok accounts, as detailed in the Integration documentation.
• Posting Frequency: Creators' onboarding eligibility may also consider the frequency with which they post content on their TikTok accounts, as outlined in the Integration guidelines.

3. Discretionary Consideration: The Integration administrators reserve the right to exercise their discretion when assessing creators' eligibility for onboarding, even if creators meet the specified criteria related to followers and posting frequency.

4. Access Grant: Creators who meet the outlined eligibility criteria and associated onboarding priorities will be granted access to the Integration. However, please be aware that meeting these criteria does not guarantee access but serves as a factor for consideration during the onboarding process.

5. Non-Discrimination: The onboarding process will not discriminate against creators based on race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected status.

6. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Integration, creators expressly acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the eligibility criteria may result in the denial of access to the Integration.
